The quality image of a cameraphone on my instagram. But the rivers are nicely highlighted here.

Beer in The Forest City

Today I dragged Allie on a road trip with me to Cleveland. Our aim was to visit Great Lakes Brewery, but we also were able to go to Market Garden Brewery and another dive bar (which had a discontinued New Holland brew on tap - surprising!!). It was an awesome impromptu trip with some great eats and fantastic weather. We had a blast in Cleveland's Ohio City.

I Also Love

This. It's like the Nerd-Meets-New-Jersey because of the fistpumps. It may be a housewarming gift to myself. (I also love his "fan" photo as well. And for $10!!! Can't beat it.)

I figured out my Halloween Costume

So with this I could run around and people could say, "Is your refrigerator running?!"

I need friends. Or a hobby. Or something.

Covet.

LOVE this. It's a map of the US made of license plates from each respective state. Click on the photo to a link of their website.

And so we acquire sno cones

Today we moved Nate into college. Congrats Nate! And they had sno kones there.

They also had a whole assortment of hot dogs, cookies, chips, sodas, popcorn, etc, but it was really the sno kones that took the cake.

Moving Nate in was super easy. Not sure I miss the cramped dorm lifestyle, but I miss college that's for sure. Good times.

And boys dorm rooms! So uneventful. Here's an old link to my absurdly brightly colored room from college.

The Awkward Mustache Candidate

One current article regarding Vice President Candidate Paul Ryan includes two photographs from his Delta Tau Delta days, in both of which he is wearing a turtleneck. "He also had a fondness for turtlenecks," the article concludes, based on the photographic evidence.

I counter the article with: if it is front-page-newsworthy of Mr. Ryan's love of turtlenecks, then it should also be noted the lines on his forehead are remarkably remniscant of awkward mustaches. Perhaps this is in an appeal to all of the awkward voters out there, to sway them to the Romney camp.
